An authentically flavored blend of Red Kidney Beans, Corn Kernels, Cooked Long Grain Brown Rice, Roasted White Onions, Diced Celery and Diced Green Bell Peppers in a rich Vegetable Stock, Simmered with chilies, garlic, cilantro and cumin.

  • Fire-roasted Corn
  • Tomatoes
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Mexican style shredded Cheese
  • White Onion
  • Roasted Red Bell Pepper
  • Taco Seasoning Mix

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat steam box.
  2. In a 2" full hotel pan, add one bag of IQF Hacienda Black Beans. Spread blend to make an even layer in the pan.
  3. Steam uncovered for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature is 165°F.
  4. Stir hot beans one more time to mix. Serve Hot.
