Individually Quick Frozen (IQF)
A New Orleans style dish, made with Anderson Northwest Red Kidney Beans, Cooked Long Grain Brown Rice, all simmered with the Cajun Trinity, Roasted White Onions, Diced Celery, and Diced Green Bell Peppers, in a Vegetable Stock with our traditional Cajun Seasoning Blend.

Preparation Instructions
- Preheat steam box.
- In a 2" full hotel pan, add one bag of IQF Red Beans & Rice. Spread blend to make an even
- Layer in the pan.
- Steam uncovered for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature is 165°F.
- Stir hot beans one more time to mix. Serve Hot.
